Kelly J. Niemeyer Hannon

After 17 years representing employers and insurers, Kelly now dedicates her practice to advocating for individuals in employment disputes. Her extensive experience in insurance defense, combined with personal insights witnessing her father’s struggle with severe workplace injuries, gives her a unique perspective that allows her to zealously and empathetically support her clients.
Kelly holds degrees in Political Science and Communications from University of Portland and earned her Juris Doctor and Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Willamette College of Law.
Kelly’s own experiences have deepened her understanding of systemic issues and power imbalances that often disadvantage women in the workplace. She is dedicated to advocating for those impacted by harassment and illegal behavior.
As a mother of three, Kelly instills in her children the importance of confronting bullying and challenging complacency. She believes employers must lead by example, fostering a healthy workplace culture by actively addressing and eliminating toxicity and dysfunction.
Kelly’s advocacy is rooted in her diverse experience, practical skills, and commitment to straightforward, effective solutions, which form the foundation of her practice.
In her free time, Kelly geeks on movies, fantasy novels, anime, and Dungeons & Dragons.
