Josiah Willard
Paralegal
Josiah graduated from Clark College with an A.A. in 2019 and went on to Washington State University to major in Public Affairs. He got his bachelor’s degree in 2021, and immediately knew he wanted to work in the legal field. Josiah figured the best way to do that was to work as a paralegal. Josiah has always been passionate about helping others, so fields like employment and personal injury were a no-brainer in his legal journey…and that’s how he ended up at Crispin Hannon!
In his spare time, Josiah likes to say that he can be found at the gym or working on an old Mustang, but in reality, he’s more likely found rewatching Breaking Bad or Kill Bill for the 200th time. He loves music and videogames, and will, without a doubt, get destroyed in chess. He loves to learn, and weirdly enough, studying is something he enjoys thoroughly.
