There aren't words to express my gratitude for the help Dave, Kelly and the team at Crispin Hannon provided.  I was in a difficult situation and wasn't even sure if it was wrong or if I was being dramatic.  I was scared every day at work because of my boss and the behavior he and others engaged in, although no one should ever have to feel that way, I did, and I thought I deserved it.  I reached out for help.  I found them.  They listened and let me know what was occurring was not my fault and it was not appropriate/legal behavior.  They walked me through the entire process.  I felt supported and understood.  When going through something traumatic, you feel incredibly alone.  It is finally over, and I can really begin to move forward and heal.   I could not have done it without their help, understanding and guidance.  Thank you.
